Digital or Flexographic Print

Digital printing is usually the best option for ElastiTag® quantities from 2,000 up to 100,000. Larger quantities and tags with special features (such as foil stamping and spot varnishes) are printed on our flexographic presses in waterbase or UV inks.

Gloss or Matte Finishes

Gloss or matte finishes can be achieved with either overcoat varnishes or laminates. Spot varnishes can be utilized in flexographic printing to get a contrasting effect. Let us know what you would like to achieve and we can help select the appropriate coatings.

Foil Stamping

Cold-foil stamping gives the best results with our ElastiTag® substrates. We stock silver and gold options, and many other colors are available (swatches can be sent to you). Flexographic print on top of the foil or underneath the foil is possible, depending on the desired look. Please submit preliminary artwork for our team to review.

Scented Coatings

A scented varnish can be flood-coated on the ElastiTag®, or spot-coated in registration with your printed image. We have stock scents you can choose from, or your proprietary scent can be incorporated into a flexo printable coating through a company called Scentisphere.
